Dear Sir or Madam,
I am frequent traveller of Jet Airways and I am also platinum member of jet privilege. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction at the airport when I was on vacation trip to Dubai.
Let me explain in more detail. It so happened that I was travelling by 9W 6 , as this is one of the flight which I prefer the most as it travels without an halt and convenient service provided by the cabin crew. When I landed at Dubai airport, I was waiting to collect my luggage. After spending an hour, I received my Blue colour suitcase. When I was unpacking my luggage after reaching hotel, I found that the belongings in the suitcase was of some female member. I verified the luggage tag in which my details were printed. I called the lost and found airport authorities and explained the incident. They asked me to submit the bag at the airport and will proceed further. I received the luggage 2 days after reporting my complaint.
I would suggest you to open the check in counter early so that, this incident could be avoided in the future and provide proper training to the staff for tagging luggage.
