I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the public transport from past two weeks.
Let me explain you in more detail. Nowadays, the frequency of the buses which are plying from Colaba to Worli has been decreased. Previously, the transportation used to be available within span of 10 minutes. But now, we have to wait for an hour at the bus stop, looking for bus during peak hours. Another issue which has been noticed recently is the maintenance of the transit service is not done properly. There were many times it came to our observation that, some of the buses get broke down in midway.
Firstly, the bus gets crowded within no time due to its less frequency and during school and office timings, many of them has to travel in a congested way. Secondly, as the transportation gets broke down in half way, people has to travel by walk or has to look for alternative mode of transport, which gets time consuming.
I would suggest you to increase the bus timings atleast during busy schedule and also look after the servicing of the public transport, to avoid inconvenience to the commuters.
