Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to get update regarding my lodge report about my suitcase that I lost in your plane.
My flight number is MH1231 Indigo airlines and plane departure from Chandigarh airport to Goa Airport. I remembered, I kept my suitcase in the overhead bin of my seat C11 when flight is ready to takeover. I was tired and I sleep for a while and within 6 hour flight reached at Goa Airport. When I opened the bin I was in shock that suitcase was not there. Fortunately, there was one officer who helped me to ledge my report and he assured me that he will look into this matter personally. It has been one week passed, but I have heard nothing yet.
The suitcase that I lost was skybags suitcase with silver logo. It was made of pure leather material. It contains my presentation documents and some legal documents relates to my company. Further, I have to submit all my documents in our officer before 30 November.
Please, kindly look into this matter personally. If I will unable to present these documents on time then my boss would terminate me from my job. Could you please locate my suitcase before give time?
