I am writing this letter to inquire about my lost baggage from the flight journey to New Delhi from Kuwait, on 16th of July. It is green colored with white strips hand bag, at the moment of exit from flight, I forgot to take it with me from baggage compartment above the seat. Immediately I had informed the concern authority of lost and found department of airport and they assure me it will be delivered to my home address within one week.
However, the bag is still not recovered at my end. Therefore, I request you to investigate the matter at the airline end and help me to receive the bag as soon as possible as it was having jewelry items.
As per the rules and regulations of lost materials of your airline, I will demand money in return if the item is not delivered at my door step within 10 days. My flight No. was KJ-150, arrival time 3:30 pm, 16th of July. New Delhi Airport, terminal 3.
