Recently I had been to Shilong with the excellent travel service from your company and I am writing this to really applaud for the wonderful experience I had with your service, especially, our tour guide Mr.Smith.
To begin with, it was a 4 days trip starting from 4th of December. Our solemn purpose was to explore the flora and fauna of the Shilong. Therefore, to visit all the new places, it was vital to have a knowledgeable guide along with us. To my satisfaction, the tour guide provided by you was not only professional but also well talented.
Mr.Smith was our tour guide for the entire trip. Right from day 1, he was very enthusiastic and was patient in explaining about the various tourist spots . We visited many sites including the Temples, Gardens, Museums where he not only helped us to get an insight about the new places but also with his impeccable fluency in local language made us to interact with the native people and understand their culture.
His is a valuable asset to your concern and I would definitely recommend him to either get an increment in his remuneration or you can also promote him to the next level in order to encourage other employees to work effectively as the way he does.
