Dear Maya,
I am working as an estimator in our company and my computer is not working properly as it is too old. Hence, I am writing to you to request for a new computer system so that I can work more productively and efficiently.
I need a new system which should have plenty of storage space. As, my existing system is 10 years old, it often gets stuck and is very slow which is affecting my productivity. I need an updated system which is compatible to our estimation software as, all our drawings come in pdf format. If, I have new computer I can get my work done much faster and can help my team mates with their work.
As there is new tender coming next month. I need the system as soon as possible so that I can work efficiently. I would also like you to give me a budget so that I can look for a new system.
