Hello Sir/ Mam
My name is Abhishek Singh, employer of USG Boral India Ltd.. Off lately, your organisation that is TP Link, installed router at my home address so that i can facilitate work from home. I would like to register a complain regarding modem as it is not working properly.
First of all, modem gets automatically switched off after a certain period of time. I tried to check the issue but the modem was very hot when I touched the surface. I believe that it should not be that hot. Secondly, internet is getting slowed by every shut down of that modem. As per you already know, we have to attend meetings online, however due to this issue, I am unable to attend and yesterday, my whole team was getting menaced as we were discussing project guidelines and my network was not allowing me to continue that meeting.
I hope you will able to understand my concern. I would like to get my modem replaced on priority. Also find the reasons why internet speed is dropping down.
Yours Faithfully,
Abhishek Singh
