I am writing in reference to complain about a low-jet ink printer which I recently purchased from your electronic store. Let me explain further.
To elucidate I bought this printer cum scanner from your shop last month as I needed it for scanning and printing official documents. The problem with the equipment is that it does not scan the documents even though when we turn on the scanner functionality. I have tried to restart the machine several times but the scan function does not seem to work.
As you are aware that I work from home and had purchased this printer to take scan and print outs of the official documents which I have to send to my legal department thus without this machine my work is getting impacted.
Hence I would request you to arrange a visit from your technician by today so that he can have a look at this technical issue and provide a speedy resolution. I am available after from 3 pm to 6 pm today.
