Dear Mr. Baker

I am writing to you for the latest changes that are happened in my work due to changes from graphic design to content manager position. I will explain important matters that could help me adapt better.

My duties and tasks has changed much from the previous position of Graphic Designer, even though i have not completely transited into the new position. At the moment i am spending more time with analysing the content and have a better understanding about products photo shooting and videos. I have also scheduled two meeting with the team to create a better coordination within.

In addition to archiving my tasks i see very important to have a proper training of Excel which is really important to manage all the content information and to create a right summary of all the work done at the end of each month. I believe that i need at least 4 hour a week training in order to get the right skill.

Looking forward for your response to my suggestions,

Yours sincerely,
Andy
