Dear Sir,
My name is Bhontu Kumari and I work as an Early Childhood Educator in your prestigious institution. I am writing this letter to request you to grant me some time off from work.
I need time off to take care of my work of my daughter because she met an accident at her daycare. She has to undergo a knee surgery immediately. She is on complete bedrest for a month. I am a single parent so my daughter is completely dependent on me as there is no one else who could take care of her.
I will have to take leave from tomorrow as I have to be there with my daughter during her surgery. And, I will not be able to return to work until one month because I will have to assist my daughter at home. So, I will be unable to work from April 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020.
I have requested a the supply assistant Mr. Chintu Shekhar to cover my shifts during my absence and he has agreed to my request. Also, I have forwarded all the important work related documents to Mr. Shekhar already.
I hope you will understand the urgency of my request and will reply with a positive response. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
