Your child’s school has arranged a trip abroad for students. The principal of the school asked some parents to join the trip to help. Write to the school principle and say
– Why do you want to join the trip?
– How could you help during the trip?
– Ask some questions about the trip.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm wrting this letter to inform that I would like to participate the filed trip organized to visit Windmills in Netherland on 14th October.
The main reason I want to take place on this trip is to biuld close bond with my child and express my supportiveness to his studies. Past couple of years I wasn't there for his studies due to my busy work life and therefore, I believe this will be a golden opportinuty for me.
Despite the above reason, I have lot of travelling experinences throughout the Holand with my offcial site visits. As a structural engineer I have engaged many traditional Windmills restoration projects which I believe I can share my knowledge and experience while visitng them. Furthermore, I have visited lot of uncommon, yet stunning and belong to a great history which can be benifical for all the children develop their knowledge on Holand early civilization.
Another thing I want to get confirmed is transport arrangements between hotel and designated sites. Are they already finalize? If not please let me know, because I have a good contact there which we can get a huge discount.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any assistance.
Yours faithfully
