I am writing to you to ask if you would like to do me a favour to send me another copy of a certificate of the Big-data course.
I have just passed the exam of the course in your college and got the certificate several days ago. I was so glad that I booked the earliest flight to get back to my home country. But unfortunately, I lost my baggage in the taxi when I got off the airplane and took a taxi home. I have tried to contact the taxi driver and the company however, It's not work. There is nothing really important than the certificate.
The certificate is really important for me as with its help I could get promoted in my company. I know it is all my fault to get it lost, but I will really appreciate your help if you send me another copy of a certificate by mail.
