Your friend wants to send her his children to your house for the weekend Write a letter to him her and say Agree to this arrangement Say what time is suitable for you Describe what you are planning to do

Dear Rakesh,

I am writing this mail to reply to your mail about the untimely demise of your uncle and your request to send your kids to our house for the weekend. We will be happy to take care of your children so that you can visit your uncle's family.

I am really sorry to hear about the unfortunate accident of your paternal uncle. However, I can understand that you want to support his family and at the same time you want your kids to be away from that environment. So I'll be glad to help you in these hard times of yours. I want to let you know that I will be available at home full day on Saturday and Sunday, but, I'll have to go to visit a doctor for my dental check-up, but my wife will be home to look after the children.

I assure you that your children won't get bored. We have a whole bunch of animation movies as well as many toys for my nephew, that they will enjoy. Moreover, My wife knows many continental dishes to cook, therefore we will make a variety of food for the kids. And most importantly, we won't leave them alone.

So without worrying about your children you visit your uncle's family and perform your responsibilities, while we will look after your kids as long as you are not home.

Sincerely,
Raju Roshan
