I am writing to bring to your attention that I can not continue part-time course as German class which I have enrolled myself on 25th October 2017 last year.
Unfortunately, I have aligned with one projects in my company. This project is very difficult to manage the timings in order to stakeholders are there in several countries. I need to work on a rotational basis and also 12 hours work per day until this project is going to complete this year end.
I know, it will be very difficult for you to consider my request during this middle of the semester. I don't expect you to pay my refund amount. I am thinking to continue this course probably to start in the next year. It will really help if accounting department can adjust my fees for the next semester.
I am really looking for your attention soon and also please accept my situation.
