Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to acknowledge you about the one of the member of our society, his name is Mr. Rajan, actually an activist, he has an abundant contribution in maintaining the cleanliness, protecting the environmemt and keeping the masses aware regarding environmental problems. Many people of our community believe that he should be honoured with an award for his work.
Mr. Rajan has made tremendous efforts to make this society tidy. Firstly, a couple of months ago, he requested the authorities to install dustbins everywhere, so that problem of trash can be easily solved. Morever, he equiped two types of bins, one collects wet waste and other dry waste. Secondly, on the March 8, at environment day, under his assistance , public planted approximately 30 trees in our community , which is such a great initiative to protect environment. Lastly, a couple of days ago, a seminar was organised in the society's campus where people gathered and being educated regarding environmented problems and how to tackle with them.
Considering all this, I feel he should be honoured for the work and efforts he had put to keep our society clean and pollution free. It is my humble request that he should be awarded with the" Most active person" of the whole society, as nobody is capable of doing work like him.
I hope you will consider it.
Yours sincerely,
Nancy.
