suggest someone you think should receive the award
describe what the person does to help the community
suggest an award that would be appropriate for this person
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to some social work, which is doing by my close friend. He is very helpful for the last few months. He has been putting his great efforts in completing this social work.
I would like to tell something more important about him because I know him very closely as I am his best friend and I have been living with him for 1 year. He tremendously helping poor people for the last few months. Nevertheless, he is also a person with exceptional abilities and emotions for poor people.
I would like to suggest your newspaper that he should be awarded a social helper award and his tremendous efforts should be highlighted in front of people in your newspaper. This could be a great motivation for him. Also, it will motivate other people too to support poor people and come forward to help needy and poor people.
I am looking forward to listening to you as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Henry
