I am writing to sincerely apologize regarding the unpleasant sound that is originating from my flat for the last couple of days. Let me explain the situation for your better understanding.
my wife has resumed her teaching career from the very beginning of October and therefore, she leaves the residence in the early hour of the morning. In addition, I also leave the house at around 9 am. Due to this, unfortunately, my toddlers have to stay at home with the nanny who is absolutely novice in this profession. As a result, she fails to control my kids from making sound by different toys like rechargeable car riding, dragging rough toys and furniture, etc. I am extremely shameful for the inconvenience they are causing. However, I have taken a step to recruit a new experienced nanny for my children which will hopefully minimize your disturbances to a great extent. Moreover, I have taken away all the heavy and sound-making playing materials from my youngsters. If there is any further inconvenience, please, do not hesitate to inform me.
