Dear Manager, Holiday car Rental,
I am writing to inform you regarding an unwanted accident with the Toyota Camry 2010 which I hired from your company for one week my vacation on the 25th of October.
Hopefully, you can remember, I wanted a smooth and well-maintained sedan car for my family get-away because both of my kids are a toddler and they need a cozy vehicle to ride on. finally, you gave me that car and initially, I was also pleased to see the outlook of it. However, when I was driving towards Mawa Ghat, in the middle of the highway the engine has got overheated and broken down. To my utter disappointment, it was a horrible situation under the midday summer sun. I could not find any mechanic shop nearby and finally, I towed the car back to Dhaka. it cost me ten thousand takas to repair in a local garage and I retained the original bill with me.
In this circumstance, I would like to get a refund of the amount that I have spent on the emergency repair for the car.
