My name is Kumar Sampad and I am customer of your car rental services. I am writing this letter to report a minor accident happened with your car which was hired on yesterday.
The model no. of the vehicle is Audi Q7 SUV, which was rented from your Danforth branch with a booking reference no. of AXCV1234. I was travelling from Danforth to Sacrborough to meet with some of my friends living there. However, as it is winter now, the roads were snow-covered and driving becomes a bit challenging in this harsh weather. Despite this unwelcoming weather for driving, I was driving confidently and carefully. Unfortunately, the driver of another vehicle who was just after me on the road, hit me from the back while I slowed down my car on a traffic signal at the round-about near downtown. I know it is neither my fault, nor his, but the backside of my vehicle got dented a bit. Luckily, we were not injured that much thanks to the seatbelts of your Audi. However, after reaching at Scarborough, I made a visit to a local repairing shop to check any further damage happend to the car. We were fortunate enough, there was no other issues diagnosed by the mechanic.
The report from the repairing shop as well as the bill for diagnosis is attached for your understanding. I expect a reduction from my renting charge as part of consolidation.
