Dear Mr. Fredrik,

I am a tanent of your "Excellent Student Complex" of London. I am writing to let you know regarding the damaged water heating system which is out of service since 03 May, 2018.

I tried to contact with your assigned plumber but he turned down the proposal of repairing the system due to involvement of installing a new one as the old one is unrepairable. It will involve a cost of 100 pounds which is beyond his budget. As you know, winter in London suffers us a lot, the water heating system is indispensible for us because from last of this month the temperature will start to fall.

In this circumstance, I would like to request you to release the amount to purchase a new heating system for the convenience of the students who are living in this complex.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
