Dear Neighbors,
I am writing this letter to apologize for the new problem which has come up from my apartment. Recently, I had received a letter from you which warned me for annoying noise of my accommodation.
As all you know, I have been moving to this apartment since a month ago but its condition was not suitable for living. There was a leakage under the tiles so that I had to repair it and renovate the house by changing tiles and repainting the walls.
I am so sorry because of bothering noise which comes from remodeling of apartment and I hope you accept my apologize. Dealing the circumstance in mind I trust that you will kindly understand this situation was out of my hand.
Please be assured that I will finish repairing which is the source of noise in three- or four-time’s day and I also will be in a fast pace to meet my promised deadline. During this period, I will forbidden working during rest hours includes between 1pm to 3 pm and after 9pm that your silence will not be interrupted by noise.
