I hope this letter finds you in a good health. Yesterday, I received your complain about the disturbance from our house. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere apology for the inconvenience cause.
Kindly allow me to express my situation in this regard. Actually, our family recently celebrated 10th birthday of our daughter. For this event, we have invited her school’s friends and relatives. I agree that gathering for this program is quite more than expected and sound of the music was quite loud. These are the major reasons you heard lot of noise from our premises. We are really sorry for such type of disturbance.
Furthermore, we will prefer to do such type of parties in the nearby community center. For any kind of small family gathering at home, we will definitely take care of the community norms. I can assure you that you will not get any loud noise from our side.
