The world of work is rapidly changing and employees cannot depend on having the same job or the same working conditions for life. Why is it the case? Can you suggest some ways to prepare people to work in the future?

It has been claimed that a group of people being affected by the rapid changes in the world which force them to seek more employments is the staff. As for the reasons behind this, I am inclined to believe that the more demands they need in life, the more efforts they have to pay. IN order to address this problem, hardly can we deny that there would be more incentives to those who simultaneously do more than two jobs.

To assess the factor that drives people to job-hop, we must bring the status quo of this society into perspective. Assuming an individual just made a good living, he or she could not afford to take care of themselves or even their family members as well as he would have if he had had another job. Not only can they access some new realms, but they can also decrease stresses or depressions through a new working environment. Either asking for a promotion or winning the trust of colleagues, for instance, will not be out of the question. Another reason why employees want to be a new candidate is a wide range of welfares.

Although so far, one can readily draw the conclusion that in practice job-switching is difficult to do, we must look on the bright side before judging whether having more than one job could be an advantage or not. A lucrative job always requires a high-skilled workforce who has fundamental knowledge and is ceaselessly able to gears up new skills as much as possible. Therefore, when a mammoth enterprise has a highly qualified workforce, real values would be created, which upgrade the life quality of the workers. On top of that, verbal communicating skills must be neither overlooked nor underestimated if a sideline is desired.

Taking the reason into consideration, they point me to the conclusion that job-switching is no longer a bad phenomenon, but from now on it can be the solution for some who can not meet their needs. From where I stand, should you find it hard to obey the circle of life, job-hopping is the light at the end of the tunnel you can try.
