In the contemporary era, some countries consisting of more young population. There is a commonly held belief that the development of these communities is vitally manifold. Although, there are a number of drawbacks in these countries, Admittedly, I believe that the benefits are by no means negligible.
To begin with, the most rational justification is the elderly invaluable experiences which can help us in various aspects of our life. That is to say, they are more educated teachers who are trimming with live and practical courses. They can transmit whatever they see and achieve to us. A good illustration is parents that show the right way to their children and teach them how to face difficulties such as financial problems and manage life stress and tension. The rate of crime, furthermore, is less in communities with aged people. Evidence shows that societies with a large number of old people are safer. To put it differently, the elderly prefer to rest fellow their life and do not interested in risky and dangerous activities in comparison to youngsters.
On the other hand, the profits of countless young adults in a country are inevitable. The most axiomatic argument is that the youngsters have more energy to work especially on sensitive projects. Simply put, their motivation to search and find cutting edge technologies which show their risky power are extremely manifold. Take the computer programmers who are always trying to learn new techniques and use them in their programs compared to their managers who just want to keep previous codes as an example. This in turn demonstrates the old people secure incentives. Furthermore, old people have expenses for the community. That is, the older the retires become, the more suffer diseases that are due to weakening the immune system. Accordingly, the government should provide free health services and insurance for them which is much costly.
To sum up, the young population in a country has both pros and cons. While elderly experiences lead society to be a safer place to live, It seems that younger's work causes economic and technological development which is more crucial.
