The role of old and young employees towards organizations is inescapable and significant.it is claimed by some individuals that older workers are most useful to a firm.while,ohers including me consider that, youngsters are superior as compared to the old ones. Both the view aspects will be articulated in the upcoming essay. It is noteworthy to mention that, elderly employees often have extraordinary work capabilities according to some people. The main reason behind this is that, old workers have experience regarding their job which sometimes provide huge benefits to companies.for instance, according to a survey, experienced employees give big contribution to an business firm as much as owners of company and nearly forty five percent companies achieve financial advantages under the superior co- operation of senior old workers in india.the another essential point is , older employees frequently tackle every serious financial situation with patience in an appropriate way which make the atmosphere better for work in an organization. Hence, these points are considerable and make the employees useful for a company. Paradoxically, apart from the favor of old workers,young employees are constantly prove good as well according to a host of people. The main point is that, youngsters often have better academic qualifications which suited for every job.for example, Young workers can every work efficiently and this way open the door for further creativity with modern thought patterns and great achievements can lead by this in an business. The other point is, young employees can use technological methods in business due to having knowledge about modernization expansion as compared to the old ones. Therefore, these ways of work are prove youngsters appropriate for organization. In conclusion, after throwing light on above discussion,I personally consider that,old employees are better in their position.however, young workers are the constant need of current world ,in field of business due the modern thinking.
