Youth unemployment is one of the major challenge in most countries today, and this has great impact on the growth of the nation. I completely agree that majority of school leavers are jobless in various parts of the world.
Admittedly, education is very important in order to get a decent job. Youngsters tend to leave school in early grades due to which they are not be able to get job. In other words, highly educated persons are preferred by companies because they have decision making capability and required skills. These people are forced to work at low wages in factories due to lack of academic qualification, and they are not able to meet financial needs of their family. In India, for instance, their is no job market for people who are school dropouts.
On the other hand, their are various factors which contribute to the overall growth of the economy and unemployment is one of it. Factors such as, gross domestic product, national income, inflation and unemployment jointly contribute to the economic development of a nation. Due to unemployment, this segment of the society leads to increase in poverty. Because of lack of employment government also provides various subsidies to these people, so they can fulfill their basic needs.
Furthermore, young people face various challenges and one of the major challenge is low salary scales as compared to increasing inflation. Financial growth of individuals is stagnant whereas inflation is increasing at a high rate due to which people are left with less purchasing power. Another challenge is relocation to developed countries. Developed economies have already moved to machine learning which persuades people to settle there as it provides them better standard of living and also contributes to financial growth.

Undoubtedly, mostly youngsters are compelled to be jobless, despite completing their schooling in many nations. I completely agree with this assertion owing to the fact that nowadays, plethoras of companies seek for the experienced mind while recruiting, which is not present in school-leavers. Furthermore, mental instability and criticism of society are the other threats faced by young people today.
To embark upon, the crucial factor behind the unemployed condition is youngsters is due to the lack of relevant experience. This is to say that the renowned organizations mainly prioritize the employees with tremendous knowledge and exposure, whereas a young's mind is only limited to school's textbooks information. As an illustration, only 5% of school-leavers were able to pass the interview conducted by an IT company in the USA in 2018. It is, therefore, apparent that it is a herculean task for teenagers to find a suitable job because of not enough knowledge.
Additionally, myriads of young people are pressurized and criticised by their families and communities, if they do not reach to the optimum level of success.
Likewise, these disastrous situations, as a result, give birth to an unstable mental condition in little's minds. This is mainly because teenagers do not have enough patience and ability to face the taunt of other people, as they are still immature. For instance, the psychologists in the UK stated that around 59% of youngsters suffer from depression immediately after schooling. Hence, if the external problems of young adults are evaluated, the social torture and unhealthy mental state will top the list.
In conclusion, I have a firm conviction that the jobless situation of young people is primarily associated with less experience. Yet they still should encounter other criticism, leading them to mind-retardation and depression.
