to have the ability to plan and organize.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Personally, I agree with the statement. With the development
of informationa and technology, it's crutial for everyone to
strength their ability to make plans and organize things. I will
unfold my points of view in the following paragraph.
Firstly, good planing and organizing ability will help us build
our social network. To elaborate, with a good ability to plan
and organize, it will be easier for us to communicate with
other people. We can express our opinoins and attitudes
better in all sorts of occasions. Besides, with a good
organization ability, we can help organize all kinds of
activities around us, like help organize basketball games,
alumnus meetings. So we'll have more opportunity to meet
more people which definitely benefits in building our social
network. Moreover, planing and organizing ability will help us
cooperate with other people. Teamworking is extraordinarily
important in our common day life. We can make both other
people and ourselves happier in collaboration.
Secondly, good planing and organizing ability contribute to
our success in workplace. One of the key benefits of
organizing ability is that it helps us improve our performance
in all kinds of reports in workplace. We organize and express
our findings more efficiently. Collegues and our superior will
be easier to understand our opinion, so we'll have better
performance in communication. Another benifit is we can
promote more quickly in the coporate ladder. With good plan
and organize abilitt, we can help with more things in the
company. If we can organize meetings and help our superior
write more materials, we'll advance more efficiently in the
corporationl. Finally, we'll have better teamwork ability if we
have plan and organize ability. Teamworking is significant in
our success in workplace. It will greatly improve our work
efficiency, therefore helping us impress our boss and
achieve a better future.
To conclude, these are the two reasons why I think the
ability to plan and organize play an important role in modern
life.
