To improve the quality of education, universities should spend more money on salaries for university professors.

The quality of education is an important part of student's lives. Effective teaching procedure leads to more reliable student in near future. Actually, more than a few students have enough knowledge to deal with essential problems in their professional career. The most important question regarding this is that if the education quality will be more effective by increasing salaries of professors. From my point of view, I assert that the university should increase professor's salary and in what follows I will attempt to address the most discernible reasons.

First, by increasing the amount of money, professors would be enthusiastic to do their job. Albeit, the money is not the most important part of education but It can solve most of the professor's problem; The differences between professors in different university in my country is a good example of this. Accordingly, in my country 'IRAN', professors who serves their job in governmental university such as "Sharif university " make more budget than those of in private university. According to a new research, the professors of governmental university assign more time to their students and this helped the education to be more effective in that area. So, that research taught me that money can increase the level of quality in universities.

In addition, professors work in fewer hours during the week. According to this, usual time of working in each week is 40 hours but if they make more money the office hours will be reduced to less than 30 which will result in higher quality in education. For example, the time that I was in master, new role raised professor's salary and attenuate their weekly hours; Afterward, the professors spend more time on students and solve more problem. Based on university, that change increases grade of student which have direct correlation to quality of education.

Finally, professors will have more time to do publication. This is an important point in level of education of country. For instance, the country that emerge more article in authentic journals, will have higher rank. So, this is the best epitome of education quality which defines as production of science.

All in all, as the aforementioned examples have illustrated, professors should have more salary that helps education to have more quality. Not only professor will have more enthusiastic but also it decreases work hours and helps professors to participate in publication. Therefore, I think that university should increase the income of professor for better quality in education.
