The Battle Against Malaria

Malaria is a dangerous and serious health problem. It occurs mostly in tropical and subtropical parts of the world, including Africa, America, South America, Central America, Asia and many different places. The country which is mostly affected by Malaria is Africa. 60% of Malaria cases and 90% of death cases are in Africa south of Sahara Desert. Even though the causes of this deathful sickness have been understood in this region, international agencies are accurately and intensely working hard to find any solution for this illness. They have mentioned that controlling this life destroyable sickness is a difficult task.

As a cycle, the Malaria is passed from a mosquito to people and from people to mosquito. This events repeat over and over. The malaria cycle begins with tiny parasites which are the most leading agents of malaria into the humans’ body. The parasites are living in the Anopheles mosquitoes. These deadly parasites cause malaria. When a female Anopheles bites a human, the parasites carry into the body of human and subsequently diminish the blood. It also leaves the malaria parasites in the human’s skin. These parasites quickly multiply inside the body of the human and cause individual to feel sick. There, if another mosquito bites the infected human, parasites from the influenced one enter the body of mosquito. When the mosquito bites another one, it adversely effects the healthy individuals and causes them to feel sick. In the malaria cycle, mosquitoes enter the parasites in humans’ body and vice versa the humans give parasites to mosquitoes.

Becoming infected with malaria is a medical emergency. The primary signs and symptoms of malaria are fever, chills, intense headache, and muscle pains. Nausea and vomiting often accompany these symptoms. Immediate medical treatments must be a priority for infected people. Individuals must take medicines which kills the parasites. If they take action soon enough, they will be cured as soon as possible. If not, malaria will cause lots of aberrant and deathful illnesses or even death.

There are two ways to control the malaria in tropical areas. First, it can be controlled by killing the parasites living in humans’ body. If the infected people quickly take malaria medicines, they will deactivate the parasites as soon as possible, and will get healthy only after a few days. Mosquitoes cannot get the parasites from healthy people, so they would not spread. Unfortunately, most people are living in villages and do not have access to medical care. Malaria can be controlled by stopping mosquitoes. One way to control mosquito is to get rid of pools where they lay their eggs. Also, insecticides can be sprayed in wet places to kill and diminish the activity of mosquitoes. Finally, mosquitoes can be controlled by getting rid of pools where the lay eggs, spraying insecticides around wet places and using bed nets. Bed nets can also be sprayed by insecticides and draws off the mosquitoes.

Finally, most individuals are troubling with deadly sickness which is called malaria in many places of the world. This illness is created by a female mosquito by the name of Anopheles. It enters the tiny parasites into the body of humans and humans give parasites to mosquitoes back. Using medical cures can rescue the infected people. Therefore, utilizing general methods such as spraying insecticides in wet places, destroying pollutant pools where the put their eggs and using sprayed bet nets can also accurate methods to prevent getting sick with malaria.
