First, the reading consider that fewer hours work is so effective and increase the performance of employees and reduce the rate of errors, in contrast, the professor contradicts the idea and further explains that the prototype with this view can not make cost less and also, this idea needs more money as an additional cost like training, medicine, off space, etc.
Second, the reading claims that decrease in the incoming of employees can help to remain money spend for hiring more staff admittedly, the speaker justified the information presented in the article and make the point that this idea is unpleasant for workers because they probably think it is not fair and in this atmosphere, efficiency will fall.
Third, the author in reading puts forward that the idea can reduce the rate of unemployment in society, on the other hand, the speaker validates the point and adds that this approach has some risks and maybe its harm be more than its advantage and also this idea force some costs for the supervision on the employees.
