Integrated Tasks. Many consumers ignore commercial advertisements. In response, advertising companies have started using a new tactic, called 'buzzing." The advertisers hire people—buzzers—who personally promote (buzz) products to people they know or m

The issue both the reading and listening focus on is the effects of buzzing but the listening disagrees at three main points.
At the first point, the reading states that the buzzers are likely to give out wrong, misleading information about the product because they are being paid. According to the listening, the buzzers are actually the people who used the product and really like it. Hence they are able to tell others the truths and their real experience.
At the second point, the reading believes that the consumers will listen and receive information about the product less critically than they should because they have no idea that they are talking to a buzzer. On the contrary, the listening argues that the consumers still find out about the product carefully and ask a lot of questions about it. They will not buy the product if they do not receive good answers.
At the third point, the reading mentions that this tactic of advertising can harm social relationships. However, the listening confirms that if the consumers have a really satisfactory experience when using the product, they will become more trustful and believe in other people.
