Overpopulation is one of the major dilemma of some nations. In this light, it is anticipated that older generation will have a bigger population than young people. In the writer's view, this is a beneficial development due to its undeniable effectiveness of improved health care system and laws with regard to popuation control. Also decrease in population if they die, lesser pollution and more space to live-in follows.
Apparently, the higher proportion of old folks signals an effective healthcare system in the country. Government programs such as health propagation, building hospitals and researching more on the cures of diseases have significantly increased the longevity of life. Furthermore, policies like the two child policy, and legalization of abortion in other nations have contributed in this positive development of wellness.
Futuristically, as people grow old, they will eventually succumbed, so the population will decline. This will lead to lesser pollution, because production of goods such as fuel, automobiles and food will decrease, whereby producing these commodities usually burns toxic gases to be successfully made. Also, there will be lesser emission of carbon dioxide, because there will be a small number of people utilizing cars.
Another could be the possibilty for an increase in employment. Older individuals will soon retire, thereby vacating their positions, which will be superseded by younger generations. Ultimately, there will be a wider space for everyone. Deforestation for the purpose of constructing more buildings will be halted, hence the natural habitat of animals will be safeguarded, resulting to the normalization of the ecosystem.
To conclude, the significant increase of gray haired individual, also means that health is equally distributed by the government, and as more people will perish beneficial results, such as less number of people, pollution and also enough space for the majority.
