first of all, author points out that if a company offer short work days for employee, it may increase the company profits.this point challenge by lecturer he says that company should increase the number of employers and provide enough spaces and more computers for employee as a result to cover the work loads.furthermore, he argues about medical benefits which must pinpoint for employee thus, it decrease the profits of company.
secondly, the author contends that less work time may provide more rest full life for employee and would give chance for a worker to spend the free time with their families. the lecturer rebuts this arguments .he says that less salary wont provide stratifying life for employers because less work decrease job stability and challenge their life style.
finally, the author mention that short work time reduce unemployment rates.the lectures posits that. he says that if employee e works for 80 percents benefits it will not be sufficient for the workers to stay in same conditions of life.
