The reading passage says, to organization of people to do projects, the people make a team as some people gathering together to be succeed and get their same goals at the end. but some people decide to do their projects alone, and it's depends on their characters.
First, each person in grope, has wide of knowledge and they can do their job more quickly to responds with high creatively solutions and sometimes make risky decisions that none of alone people can’t do it anymore. But the lecture says that, researchers said that, most of the people didn’t do good in a group, they can’t manage the group members and they always have problems and didn’t do quickly and weather they do well or not, at the end it has effect on all member not just one name.
Second, people in group should taking part and do it as well as they can but the problem is they never think about what job other member can do it in a better way, they just imposed the member on to do what they think, and if they have ideas they’ve never think about it and ignore it before they discuss about it, but in that case individual people can shine because nobody force them to do something and they do it in better way they can, and the result is fantastic. But the results of the groups show that they couldn’t handle it also, their projects failed.
