First,writer has explained that due to population growth in Britain it has affected the archaeological sites.Construction of buildings,towns and cities in different places without examining by experts have affected the archaeological aspect.And speaker has explained that before construction,area should be checked and also should make plans for preserving interest and values.
Second,writer has mentioned that government has not provided funds and financial support so that archaeology is being affected.But speakers has contradicted the statement and he says that for construction of ant things construction company should provide aid not the government.
Third,many archaeologist are not being paid as much as they want so as a result many are changing their career as per the reading lecture says but speakers draw backs the point and he says that archaeologist are being paid much more these days as compare to previous days.Others many experts are being hired in this field number of professors has also increased.So this is another part where we can experience contradicted theory.
