TPO-32 - Integrated Writing Task Starting in the 1960s and continuing until the 1980s, sailors in Russian submarines patrolling the North Alantic and Arctic Ocean would occasionally hear strange sounds. These underwater noises reminded the submarine crews

The lecturer and reading passage both discuss the strange sound hear in North Atlantic and Arctic Ocean is known as quackers. The author provides three theories caused the odd sounds. The lecturer casts doubt each of theory made in reading passage. He says that reason behind the quackers sound still controversial and expert present theories are problematic.
First of all, the author emphasizes that weird sound produced by female ocra whales for attracting male. This point challenged by the lecturer. He mentions that previously this sound detecting by the submarine is reasonable but unlike fact. The submarine were deep in the ocean and ocra whales lives on surface of water, so cannot submarine hearing sound of ocra whales.
Secondly, the expert implies that giant squid responsible for eccentric sound. The squids are giant marine invertebrates that habitat in deep in the ocean and eat by large fish. The lecturer rebuts this argument. He explains that Russian submarine detect the sound in 1960 to 1980 after 1980 this sound disappear and today this sound appear. This is not strong reason for odd sound of giant squid because hear one decade and disappear for two years.
Lastly, the author states that bizarre sound produce from the foreign submarine. The lecturer, in contrast, points out that the submarine in underwater suddenly change direction, moving fast and not produce any engine sound. He says that no advance technology produce such submarine which is silent and running fast.
