The lecture and the reading are both about the coin is genuine historical or not. The teacher says that this coin is not fake. However, the reading states that these money pieces are not genuine.

Firstly, the issue of a distance Norse from native Americans. The professor says that although the Norse is too far from America. The native Americans brought other objects from Europa. They brought many things not just coin from a far distance. However, the reading says that This coin is not brought from a far distance.

Secondly, the trouble of finding other coins. The lecturer says that no more coin is not necessary that coin is not genuine because the native Americans might bring these coins and returned them when they are back to Europe. on the other hands, the reading says that the Norse did not bring any silver coins with them.

Finally, the problem of using European coins. The professor says that Norse was using these coins but might be not more found because new value appears for these coins. These money pieces are making from silver. the people might use this precious metal to make a necklace and use it in trade with them. However, The reading disagrees with this concept. it says
