TPO-49 - Integrated Writing Task Like many creatures, humpback whales migrate long distances for feeding and mating purposes. How animals manage to migrate long distances is often puzzling. In the case of humpback whales, we may have found the answer: the

Both reading and listening discuss the migration pattern of humpback whales. The reading states that h. whales can migrate due to some features and provide several reasons. However, the speaker find it fascinating and say that evidence is not convincing.

First of all, the article claims that whales are enough smart to migrate by using stars. Whales have superior brain than most of animals and It helps them to navigate. The speaker says that intelligent and migrating long distances does not have connection. There are other animals such as duck migrate long distace but they are not intelligent. It makes no sence.

Secondly, the article posits that h. whale use straight line to migrate long distances. Other animals who live outside of see use land shape to navigate them. The H. whales use to star to migrate at night. The speaker disagree that they have biomagnative space in their brain. They use world magnetic fields like other animals rather than landscape.

Thirdly, the article states that they have special feature which name is spy-hopping. They are looking at the stars and use the information to migrate. The speaker opppose this point by saying that the sharks also have spy-hopping but they do not migrate. It has nothing to do with it.
