The student complains about the health center in campus and proposes in her letter to improve the health services by hiring new doctors and opening the clinic on weekends. However the man disagrees with the proposal and brings up some reasons. First, he states that the health center is tiny and suffers from lack of space for new doctors. So that is better to expand the clinic space and build new treatment rooms or offices for doctors then hire new ones. Moreover, a lot of students leave the town and university on weekends and there are not many students in campus on weekends. Therefore, there is not any demand for health services and treatments on weekends. So opening the health center on weekends is not economical.
