A sample Answer to this speaking in text:
Emotional intelligence enables people to know the true causes of their feelings. It helps them control their emotions so they can maintain good relationships. In the lecture, the professor uses his daughter as an example. In the example, his daughter argued with her friend over which movie to watch. She was upset. But she realized that the thing that made her upset is actually her new job. She just got a job to teach little kids but she had no experience. So she apologized to her friend and said sorry. And her friend comforted her and gave her encouragement. Then they became good as usual. It’s clear that the professor’s daughter had the ability to understand the true cause of her feeling and had a good control over her emotion.
