I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase at your retail store in Mumbai. I bought the latest version of the digital sketchpad, the "Intuous - genius".
I am an illustrator and freelance for various creative agencies. On unpacking the product, the main wire that connects the digital pad to the desktop is non-functional. The kit has only one main connecting wire while the instruction manual mentions a pair. This is causing a hindrance to my professional commitments.
My decision to buy your most expensive, top of the line equipment was mainly to quicken my creative process. Due to the lack of the wire, I am unable to use my new tablet. This is affecting my productivity.
I would like you to immediately replace the defected piece and also provide another spare set as promised by your company. Additionally, I expect a free home delivery and a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience caused to me.
