I am a consumer which uses rental service from your company. With this letter, I write a report to give information about a small accident which happens to me.
Two days ago, I needed a car for going to holiday with my family. So, I searched hired place in around Bandung city. Finally, after I walked around in Bandung city, I found a company which gave rental service a car at Cempaka Street Number 07. After that, I hired a car from your company for two days from month May 7th until May 8th 2013.
Now I will tell about my accident. Actually, I always drive my car carefully and I usually drive my car slowly. When I drove my car on toll road, I was very sleepy because I was very tired and I drove my car at middle night. While I lose my concentration to drive my car, my car was completely crushed by a car which walks on my face. So, your car was a little damage.
After I got an accident, I brought the car to machine shop for recovering. Do not worry about it, because your car finished recovering, I will come to your company for finishing this problem.
