You travelled by a long-distance bus recently and your suitcase was damaged.
Write a letter to the bus company. In your letter,
inform the bus company of when and to where you travelled
describe your suitcase and what happened to it
explain why the company should pay for a new suitcase
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to you regarding my suitcase which was damaged during my travel with your bus company. I was travelled last week from my work place with my new suitcase.
It was five hours journey from my work place to home. My suitcase was light blue, one tag on it. It has four wheels and one holder which was completely broken while travelling. When I just arrived at the station, the driver of the bus took my suitcase. Due to the heavy weight, he can not hold properly and pole that to the door of the bus in a different ways . After reaching home, I realized that my suitcase was broken by driver.
For that reason, I want to compensation from your company as soon as possible. I hope to hear your positive response soon.
Yours sincerely
najam
