In current society, teenagers should continue to attend education or go to work after graduating. It is undeniable that education is the most effective method to get a good job.
The most important benefit of studying at higher education is people can get certain jobs without a formal degree but they should find it a struggle to advance professionally. The reason is that students should study basic knowledge, soft skills, and professional skills at universities or colleges where students are provided degrees to show off their qualifications. As a result, university graduates have access to more and better job opportunities and tend to earn higher salaries than those with fewer qualifications. Admittedly academic qualifications are required in many professions because it is impossible to become a doctor, teacher, or lawyer without having the relevant degree. Is anyone willing to give their life and health to a person having no experience or qualifications in the profession?
The alternatives to adolescent choice education or experience would be much less effective. One option would be to get a job to gain experience. Landing the first job would be a struggle if people do not have prior real-world experience, especially in vocational fields, but the majority of academic programs require that students do an internship or a work placement to graduate with experience. Subsequently, college or university graduates gain both experience and university degrees.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that students are more likely to be successful in their careers if they continue their studies beyond the school level.
