You ordered an item from an online store and it has arrived damaged
Write a letter to the retailer to complain. In the letter:
- Explain why you are unhappy
- Request a refund
- Make arrangements to return the damaged item
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this to express my regret at having shop from your online store. Unfortunately, last week, I ordered a laptop with the number order 4566 from your online shopping, but after receiving it, I recognized that it does not function. As it was not wrapped properly, I reckon the battery has damaged.
Although you have warranty to replace the broken item by the new one , I prefer you refund all amount of my paid.
I would appreciate it that you send me your exact address via this email to return the damaged item as soon as possible.
I hope you consider my issue soon.
