Modern forms of communication such as email and messaging have reduced the amount of time people spend seeing their friends. This has had a negative effect on their social lives. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
A little retrospection would reveal and history has been witnessed that modern communication totally changed as compare to past time. Although the trend of email and messaging have reduced the amount of time which people spend seeing their near and dear. In this essay, I do not endorse this statement and I will discuss both viewpoints in upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, numerous merits are associated to this phenomenon. The most prominent is, as in face paced era, there is lack of time to meet our friends more frequently. As a result, with the help of internet they can communicate with their friends and family members who lived far away from them. Not only this, he modern communication can improve human social life since it can share many different types of information. Thus it is fruitful for people to communicate by email and messaging.
Nevertheless, there are also few demerits of this trend. The first and foremost is, people can be individualism because they are solely hectic in their social messaging. For example, in mean time, numerous human beings always focus on their gadgets to keep in touch with their friends in another place when they meet up. As a result, mankind ignore what is happens with their surroundings.
To conclude, I firmly believe, undoubtedly, modern communication has changed human’s conversation style which is bone for our society. However, there are few demerits of this trend, which are unavoidable.
