Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

There is no doubt that television advertising plays rule in everyone’s decision. Making a good decision on choosing the products also depends on a personal experience. Even though many people use a reason of inexperience of young children to judge that the television advertising should not be allowed for young children, I disagree with them, and believe that it is unnecessary and sometime the television advertising encourages the children to accept its products and eat more.

To begin with, it is unnecessary to ban the television advertising for the children. Since, now a day, television shows which have a suitable programs for the children and the advertisements are in a certain time, parent are able to choose when is a best time for them to watch. For example, in every morning, there are several television programs for kid such as cartoon animations. Of course, there are many advertisements that have the children as the targets. Every program and advertisement gets selected and confirmed that it would not lead any harm or negative outcomes to the children. As a result, prohibiting the television advertising is needless if television’s producers and their parent filter all program and advertisement.

Second, the television advertising is able to persuade the children to consume its products, plus we already know that the children always imitate a behavior of the actors from what they watch. For that reason, we are able to change eating habits of the children who are picky and do not like to eat what the parents cook to eat more. Give myself as an example. When I was four years old, I do not like to drink milk. One day, I watched a milk advertisement, representing by my favorite the main actors from “Power Rangers,” a television show, and I saw they drank the milk deliciously. I wanted to be like them and I imitated the way that they drank. Consequently, that was my first impression that was able to seduce me to drink milk. Therefore, the television advertising is positively able to encourage the children to change their behavior of eating.

In conclusion, prohibiting television advertising for children are unnecessary; in contrast, the television advertising affects on the children’s eating behavior positively. Instead of banning the television advertising, the parent should choose what programs are appropriate for their kids and participate every activity of them.
