The bar charts demonstrate the computer ownership during 2002 and 2010 and possession of computer by the level of education in this period of time.
Overall, it is obvious that the possession of computers was increasing steadily throughout the measured period. As regard for computer ownership by educational level was consistently growing between 2002 and 2010.
Looking at the detail, in 2002 the percent of the population who owned computers composed around 57%, which was the least possession during the 8 year period. Over the period covered by the graph percent of computers, ownership was climbing gradually by 5%. By the end of the period, the proportion of the population possessed computer reached around 70 %.
Focussing on the graph which shows the computer ownership by educational level, possessing of computer correlate with level education, and it can be seen that the higher educational background the grater possession of computer among the population. The percentage of people who had not to have a high school diploma was the least owners of computers in 2002 and 2010 just 12 % and 40 % respectively. As regard population who had such educational levels as high school, college, and bachelor's degree the percent of possessing rise in 2002 and in 2010. Finally, the percentage of people with postgraduate education owned the most computers in 2002 it was 70% when in 2010 this figure was growing and made up around 80%.
