Your problem is that you talk randomly without organization.
In this speaking, when you finished the first reason, you still have about 10 seconds left, but you don't have something ready for it. then you repeat the topic.
You need to have 2-3 reasons ready before you speak as we talked before. We suggest you better to mention First, second,or third when you are practicing(you don't need to follow it when you get the point):
Introduction: 5-10 seconds
First,blabla... about 15 seconds
Second, blabla... about 15 seconds
or Third, blabla.. optional
